Was never blocked by storage-140 — daemon fully starts but never sent systemd's ready signal. Switched unit to Type=exec.

Migrated Caddy→nginx, no more self-signed+401. fairchoice-media fully live. Other 3: nginx/TLS correct, backends broken for separate reasons — see cards below.

Bases already ended in /v1 (or /v4, /v1beta) while clients call /{provider}/v1/… → built /v1/v1/… and 7 of 8 providers 404'd. Verified with real keys: OpenRouter + Zhipu return real completions. DeepSeek 402 (needs funds), Google 429 (needs credits), 4 others have no key.

FaceFusion, AI Worker, GitNexus web+backend and MDLA Training were all symlinked into this one failed mount. 80,000+ combined restarts → all stable at 0.

FaceFusion + AI Worker had HF_HOME/TORCH_HOME pointing there — a model download would have filled the root disk (19G free) and taken every client site down. Repointed to the i7 mount. Note: rclone actively uses that path, so don't make it read-only.
